That’s a tough one. Well cleopatra is actually a Greek name (cause queen cleopatra was not Egyptian but was Greek). From what I’ve read, the first part of her name comes from the Greek word kleos meaning glory. I believe the next part is a reference to paternity or father. This would make sense because in Greek culture glory, or kleos, was inherited and if ur father had great kleos, tht was something u could brag about.
